Kari Craig is a Senior Manager at HSG Advisors, specializing in Employed Network Performance Improvement. With her deep experience in health care administration and practice management, she partners with health systems to identify opportunities to optimize network operations, and then develops customized recommendations on compensation, compliance, workflow optimization, physician and APP engagement, growth strategy, and more. Kari brings data expertise, analytical acumen, and a hands-on consultative approach to every client engagement, with a focus on providing long-term value.  

Prior to HSG, she worked in business administration at UC Health, held numerous practice management leadership roles at Margaret Mary Health, and worked one-on-one with patients as both a health coach and rehabilitation manager early in her career. She earned an M.B.A. in Health Care Administration & Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a B.A. in Psychology from Indiana University in Indianapolis. She is active in the industry as a frequent speaker at Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) events and healthcare conferences.
