HSG can reduce network losses through an operating assessment and performance improvement plan. Our Phase One operating assessment uses benchmarking to identify the significant problem areas and prioritizes where to place focus for improvement. Phase Two consists of a detailed analysis of those priority areas and development of a performance improvement plan to guide action.
