HSG worked with us to assess Advance Practice Provider (APP) utilization and claims submissions in the primary care practices within our Camden Clark Physician Corporation. Through personal interviews and a series of discussions, we uncovered attitudinal and operational opportunities to more fully utilize and accurately bill for APP services. HSG’s approach involving direct physician and APP participation resulted in developing and implementing practical, uniform, well-accepted processes across the practices. We would not have been able to achieve these dramatically beneficial results without HSG’s expertise and direct involvement.
