Our Medical Group engaged HSG to conduct an Assessment of the group’s performance along several metrics, including productivity, productivity relative to compensation, specialty mix, utilization of APPs, and revenue cycle. The purpose was to provide a performance baseline benchmarked to industry data to inform the development of operational and strategic goals and objectives.
