Job Summary:
HSG is looking for an experienced healthcare leader for interim leadership assignments, most commonly in the employed provider network environment. This person will be assigned based on the projects and positions that become available through HSG client work.

Reporting Relationship

As of 2024, this role will report to HSG’s Employed Provider Networks team. This relationship may be reevaluated as HSG’s growth continues in this space.
Qualifications:
- Work Experience – 10+ years of related experience, with a strong preference for experience related to healthcare management of employed provider networks, healthcare consulting, and/or healthcare leadership
- Project management experience including the ability to manage multiple teams and workstreams
- Familiar with revenue cycle, management reporting, and organizational development
- Requires superior written and oral communication skills
Education:
- Masters in Business or Healthcare strongly preferred
- Requires Bachelor’s degree
Work Environment:
- This position requires 3-6 months of onsite travel to client’s office(s)
- Interim leaders are also expected to do a one-week onboarding on-site at HSG’s headquarters in Louisville, KY, which may take place immediately or may be scheduled before the start of a project
