Job Summary:

About HSG Dashboard

HSG Dashboard is HSG’s proprietary market and provider data analytics platform – serving as a centralized and customized data visualization environment for our health system clients and the basis for ongoing interaction between our client teams and HSG’s services and products.  

As an HSG Client Strategist you will:  

  • Build long-term relationships with HSG Dashboard clients, providing front-end advisory services in the areas of Market, Service Line and Provider Strategy.   
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of HSG’s proprietary data analytics and work with clients to interpret data and ensure they can apply it to their needs on a quarterly or annual basis.
  • Scope additional services or products that meet client needs to be delivered by HSG
  • Help continue to iterate the marketing, business development and products within HSG Dashboard

Responsibilities:

Client Management & Delivery

  • Execute Quarterly, Annual and AdHoc Client Meetings for HSG Dashboard Clients 
  • Lead Scoping for Salesforce/Tableau File Structure and Customization
  • Engage HSG Data Analytics and Other HSG Team Members to Develop, Edit, Customize Workbooks Based on Client Specifications
  • Perform Quality Assurance of Client Deliverables During Quarterly/Annual Updates

Business Development

  • Lead Scoping for Dashboard Reporting Structure, Customization, and Adhoc Client Needs
  • Support Contract Development and Communication to Client
  • Collaboration with Partnership Executive and Partnership Manager in Exploration and Documentation of Incremental Client Opportunities/Needs in Salesforce
  • Engagement of HSG Service Delivery Leads and Introduction to Client Based on Client Needs

Marketing

  • Contribute to Thought Leadership Development
  • Contribute to Marketing Messaging 

Product Development

  • Engage HSG Data Analytics, HSG Chief Strategy Officer and Relevant HSG Service Delivery leads on Product Functionality

Work Environment

  • HSG offers a Hybrid Work model approach with limited requirements for in-office presence, which will be focused on initial onboarding and for company events.  
  • Travel Required:  Travel for this role will be limited to Client Relationship Management and 2-3 business days per quarter related to on-site work at HSG’s Louisville headquarters.  Current expectations would be 10% or less.  

Qualifications:

  • Work Experience – 5+ years of related experience, with a strong preference for experience related to healthcare management consulting, and/or healthcare leadership

Education

  • Masters in Business or Healthcare strongly preferred
  • Requires Bachelor’s degree
