Nick is a Manager of Provider Compensation & Compliance Solutions at HSG, bringing more than a decade of experience advising hospitals, health systems, and physician organizations on fair market value compensation and regulatory alignment. Prior to joining HSG, he specialized in physician compensation strategy under Stark Law and partnered closely with healthcare
attorneys, executives, and physician leaders. His experience includes fair market value assessments, development of compensation frameworks, and structuring employment, PSA, MSA, and co-management arrangements, as well as supporting transactions involving physician practices and ancillary services. Known for translating regulatory complexity into practical, strategic solutions, Nick helps organizations design physician compensation models that support growth, alignment, and compliance.
