Drew Doran, MBA, Managing Director, Growth Strategy, has an extensive background in healthcare consulting across multiple nationally recognized firms, with experience in value-based care and health system strategy, clinical integration, and physician compensation. Drew has served a wide variety of health systems, hospitals and physician groups through value-based care strategy assessments and improvements, CIN and gainsharing program development, quality metric program redesign, and physician compensation redesign. Drew currently serves across HSG’s continuum of services including claims data analytics, employed physician networks, and compensation and compliance.

Drew is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and received a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare and Strategy from Vanderbilt University.
