- Initiating immediate reimbursement and workload credit for clinical activities previously designated as indirect patient care
- Rescinding onerous, superfluous documentation requirements
- Promoting movement toward new care delivery models while accommodating life in a fee for service world
- Providing adequate time to plan for future coding and reimbursement changes (2021)
